Terra Machine Inc. is hiring a full-time Shop Hand in Grande Prairie, AB. We’re looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and helps keep our machine shop clean, organized and running smoothly.

Previous shop experience isn’t required. We’re willing to train someone who is reliable, willing to learn and comfortable with hands-on work.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m - Overtime is optional - Specific hours are flexible to accommodate home life.
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on relevant experience and skills.
Almost all work is indoors year round.

Responsibilities:

- Keep shop floors, work areas and tools clean and organized.
- Basic equipment maintenance (filters/check oils/check belts/etc).
- Clean and prepare parts and materials.
- Assist machinists with day-to-day shop tasks.




- Help receive, move and organize materials.
- Unload trucks using a forklift.
- Shovel the walkway when needed.
- Follow safe work procedures and take care of tools and equipment.

There is the possibility to transition into a machining apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
