Job Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, helping them explore products, make informed choices, and complete purchases. You’ll contribute to an organized, welcoming sales floor and provide attentive service in person and by phone.

Duties

- Welcome customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and recommend suitable products through transparent communication and thoughtful upselling.
- Demonstrate products, explain relevant features, and support technology sales with helpful, accurate information.
- Process transactions using POS systems, handle cash carefully, perform basic math, and provide courteous cashiering.
- Maintain merchandising and product displays, organize work effectively, and manage time across customer service and sales tasks.

Experience

Required: Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with basic math ability, English communication, phone etiquette, and confidence handling POS transactions and cash. Preferred: Retail sales or cashiering experience, including merchandising, product demos, technology or technical sales, and upselling; bilingual or multilingual abilities are valued.

Pay: $39,100.00-$142,000.00 per year
