The Third‑Party / E‑Commerce Logistics Operations Supervisor oversees daily warehouse and logistics operations for 3PL and e‑commerce fulfillment environments. This role ensures accurate order processing, inventory integrity, on‑time shipping, and seamless coordination between clients, carriers, and internal teams.

The Supervisor leads a team of associates, drives performance, and maintains high operational standards in a quick‑paced, customer‑focused setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership

- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Ensure all e‑commerce and 3PL client SLAs are met or exceeded.
- Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust labor based on volume and priorities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Team Management

- Lead, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse associates.
- Conduct daily huddles, performance check-ins, and shift planning.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Inventory & Quality Control

- Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and root‑cause analysis.
- Ensure proper handling of products, packaging standards, and order accuracy.
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Client & Carrier Coordination

- Serve as the operational point of contact for 3PL and e‑commerce clients.
- Communicate order status, inventory levels, and operational updates.
- Coordinate with carriers, couriers,



and transportation partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Systems & Reporting

- Utilize WMS, ERP, and e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.) for order management.
- Generate daily operational reports (KPIs, productivity, inventory, shipping performance).
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct safety training, incident reporting, and corrective action follow‑up.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL/e‑commerce fulfillment.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems, e‑commerce order platforms, and shipping software.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment as needed.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, order accuracy, and client service expectations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of 3PL client management and SLA-driven operations.
- Strong computer skills
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
- Forklift certification (asset).

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
