We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cuisinier to join our culinary team. Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Assist with meal preparation for special events or large groups as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food output.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
- Participate in training recent kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus but not mandatory.
