Your Job
- Lead the assessment and integration of new securities trading and financing products and activities, including contributing to the definition of end-to-end operational, regulatory, and risk requirements.
- Develop a strong understanding of trading structures, financing transactions, and business objectives to challenge assumptions, ensure robustness of solutions and influence decision-making.
- Contribute to the definition of target-state operating models and provide strategic recommendations that support scalable and sustainable growth.
- Apply an enterprise-wide lens to balance business objectives, operational efficiency, risk management, and regulatory requirements, while influencing partners and stakeholders to align on strategic direction and to deliver scalable, long-term solutions.
