Kingston Community Health Centres (Napanee) is seeking a Certified Diabetes Educator for a contract role up to 8 months, part time or full-time. The RN/RD CDE will develop and deliver diabetes education, partner with local providers, and engage in program evaluation to improve community health outcomes.
