Supports teaching and learning by providing support and guidance on the use and integration of education technology, as well as the use of multimedia instructional resources in face to face or online learning. Provides training on various educational technologies, Microsoft 365 and media tools used for creating instructional resources. Acts as support and back-up personnel for the daily operation of the Learning Management System.
