Duties:
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality of food
- Cook and prepare food items according to established procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks




- Support other team members as needed in various food service tasks

Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and meal preparation methods
- Ability to work well within a team environment, demonstrating good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Experience:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Protected, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
