We are seeking a kitchen helper to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation. We take pride in our food & service and are looking for a team player with a positive attitude.

Newcomers to Canada are welcome and support to move to Canada maybe available for the appropriate candidate.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
- Ensure that all food is prepared, stored,



and served according to Food Safe Standards and with provincial and/or local health code requirements.
- Maintain consistency in taste and food quality.
- Be mindful of guests taste preferencies and allregies.
- Plan for daily food prep and work efficiently to get the food prep done before busy hours.

Qualifications:

- Must have previous experience in South Indian Restaurant or equivalent knowledge and experience with South Indian cusine rescipes.
- Must have knowledge of cost and labor systems
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Need to have strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Should be able to handle customer complaints and critical situations.
- Be proffessional and have a positive friendly attitude.
- Problem solving skills
- High attention to detail with integrity to product quality assurance
- Food Safe and Health & Safety Certification
