About the Position

BeauteSync Inc. is looking for a reliable, hardworking Logistics & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Mississauga.

You will support daily warehouse operations, including picking and packing orders, receiving inventory, preparing shipments, assisting with customer pickups, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

The ideal candidate is punctual, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming inventory.
- Load and unload boxes, pallets, furniture, and salon equipment using appropriate equipment and team assistance.
- Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and products for courier pickup or customer collection.
- Verify SKUs, quantities, shipping information, and special requirements before orders leave the warehouse.
- Move and store products safely.
- Assist customers, couriers, and delivery drivers with pickups and loading.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, and replenishment.
- Promptly report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the supervisor.
- Keep warehouse aisles, loading areas, workstations, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow warehouse procedures and workplace safety requirements.
- Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Able to safely lift and move products weighing up to 30 kg, using equipment or team assistance as appropriate.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
- Able to commute reliably to our Mississauga location.
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
- Able to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English to understand work instructions and safety procedures.
- Flexible and willing to assist with different warehouse duties.

Preferred Qualifications

The following experience is an asset but is not required:

- Warehouse, shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inventory handling, moving, or logistics experience.
- Experience using pallet jacks, dollies, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment.
- Experience handling furniture, salon equipment, or large or fragile products.
- Forklift or tow-motor experience.

Work Schedule

Part-Time

- Approximately 3–5 working days per week, with hours varying according to workload and business needs.
- Applicants must provide their weekly availability.
- Saturday availability is preferred.
- Additional hours may be available.

Opportunity for Full-Time Employment

Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and consistent attendance may be considered for full-time employment, subject to availability and business needs.

Upon transition to full-time:

- Five working days per week.
- Saturday availability is required when scheduled.
- Working days and the regular day off will be arranged according to the weekly schedule and business needs.
- Hourly pay will increase to $19.00–$20.00, based on performance.
