Tax Specialist / Tax Lawyer – Montreal
We are looking for a Tax Specialist / Tax Lawyer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join an established law firm in Montreal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise businesses and their executives on Canadian tax matters.
- Participate in tax planning and corporate tax reorganizations.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of tax-related files.
- Independently manage tax matters and ensure proper follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Canadian taxation, particularly advising businesses and their executives.
- Experience working in an accounting firm or law firm.
- Strong experience in corporate tax reorganizations and tax file management.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in French ideally.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
