AsaPrincipalDeliveryManager,youwillbeaccountableforleadingthedeliverycapabilityfortheSectorintheDigitalServicesbusinessunit,workingcloselywithdeliverymanagerstoensuresuccessfulandefficientdeliveryofmultipleengagementsacrossanaccountportfolio.

Youwillempowerandsupportteamstoperformwell,learnandgrowinamannerthatisconsistentwithcompanyvalues.Youwillstrengthenandensuresuccessfuldeliveryacrossengagementsthatwillbenefitusinwinningnewbusinesswithexistingcustomers.OwnsasectorviewofdemandforpeopleandworkswithBUOperationstomanageourdeliverycapability.YouwillhaveoversightandsupportCustomerSuccess,investinginclientrelationshipsfromadeliveryperspectiveasatrustedadvisortoaddressbusinessproblemsthroughdigitaldelivery.

- Providingdeliveryleadership-Understandcriticalsuccessfactorsandanticipateindustrytrendsfortheclientsandprojects(beyondthetraditionalmeasures:ontime,onbudgetandtoagreedscope)andensureeachworkstreamhasaplaninplacetoachievethesuccessfactors.
- Deliveringcommerciallyviableservices–youwillberesponsibleforachievingorexceedingprofitabilitytargetsplusaccurateandtimelyforecastingandreportingofprojectvariables(revenue,staffing,workinprogress,debtetc.).Youwillunderstandthecontractsandcommercialtermsapplyingtoourprojectsandensurethatisnotcompromisedbynon-compliance.
- Nurturingourcustomerbase–Youwillunderstandindustrytrendsandanticipatecustomerneeds.Youwillmanagerelationshipswithourcustomersandlookingforopportunitiestoaddvaluetotheclient,increasingtheROIthatclientsachievewith,ensuringthatexpectationsareproactivelymanaged,andissuesareaddressedpromptlyandappropriately.Youwillcreate,influenceandnegotiatestrategiesforthelonger-termbenefitofourcustomers.

- Developingbusiness-SupportfuturegrowthbyworkingcloselywithRegionalSalesDirectors,AccountExecutives,CustomerSuccessManagers,assistingwhererequiredwiththesales/procurementcycletobestpositiontowinprofitablenewbusiness.Youwillpromotesuccessescompany-wide,toourcustomersandtothemarket,throughcasestudies,awardsubmissions,blogs,tweetsetc
- Beingarolemodel-You’llsupportyourcolleaguesandreconciletheneedsoftheindividualwiththeneedsoftheteamorWorkdaywhilstembodyingthevalues.You’llbethepersonpeoplelookupto–peopletrustyourdecisionsbecausetheyaretransparentandjustified.

Minimum(essential)Requirements
