- liquidity and cash flow management

- collaboration with Risk, Compliance, and Operations

Key Responsibilities

Financial Architecture & Structure

- Build and optimize the financial architecture of amulti-jurisdictional business structure
- Design and control fund flows between legal entities, providers, and partners
- Ensure alignment withregulatory, contractual, and tax requirements
- Support the development of a scalable and sustainable financial model for the business

Liquidity & Cash Flow Management (Fiat + Crypto)
