Personal Lines Account Manager - Insurance

We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join an a fast-growing team with a brokerage in Toronto. This role will be responsible for managing a book of personal lines business, and helping to drive growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Service & Support: Respond quickly and professionally to telephone, email, and fax inquiries while ensuring the highest level of service.
2. Account Management: Review renewals, provide quotes,



and remarket policies as necessary to keep the portfolio competitive.
3. Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize account growth.
4. Claims & Endorsements: Handle endorsements, renewals, and claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed through EPIC and company portals.

Desired Skills:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in personal insurance account management.
- R.I.B.O. license required.
- Proficiency in Powerbroker is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of insurance carriers and portals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
