Responsibilities

- Create production files
- Create and print work orders
- Print production timesheets, hardware lists, and contract reviews
- Update the production board: enter orders at the start of production and record completion date upon delivery
- “As-Is” section: source material prices for repeat orders
- Initiate production
- Prepare client bids and validate purchase orders
- Adjust bids as needed based on client changes
- Ensure accuracy of work orders
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Analyze requests, read drawings and specifications
- Identify the most efficient and cost-effective production methods
