Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Fabricator to join their team. As a Fabricator, you will be part of the Production team supporting window and panel fabrication. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, secure tool handling, and effective teamwork which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fabricator

Location: Bedford, NS

Shift: Day Shift: 7am – 4pm Mon–Thurs, 7am–3pm Friday (or alternative shift: Mon–Thurs 2pm–12am)

What's the Job?

- Accurately measure, cut, and assemble aluminum, glass, or related materials for window and panel production.
- Read measurements in inches and follow work orders, production specifications, and technical drawings.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely (including saws, drills, grinders, and measuring instruments) to complete fabrication tasks.
- Inspect finished windows and panels for defects or inconsistencies, supporting consistent quality control.
- Lift, move, and position materials and products as required in a manufacturing setting.

What's Needed?

- Basic fabrication skills, including accurate measuring, cutting, and assembling of aluminum, glass, or related materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and production specifications (knowledge is an asset).
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely, with a strong focus on correct tool use and safe practices.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset to inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Commitment to workplace safety, punctuality, and reliability, along with effective communication and teamwork.
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
