Our client, manufacturing is seeking a Fabricator to join their team. As a Fabricator, you will be part of the production team supporting window and panel fabrication. The ideal candidate will have robust attention to detail, safe tool handling, and the ability to read measurements and technical information, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fabricator

Location: Bedford, NS

Pay Range: $22

Shift: Afternoon/Night Shift (2pm–12am, Mon–Thurs) OR Day Shift (Mon–Thurs 7am–4pm and 7am–2pm Friday)

What's the Job?

- Fabricate windows and panels by accurately measuring, cutting, and assembling aluminum, glass, or related materials.
- Read measurements in inches and follow work orders, production specifications, and technical drawings.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely (including saws, drills, grinders, and measuring instruments) to complete fabrication tasks.
- Inspect finished windows and panels for defects or inconsistencies, supporting quality control throughout production.
- Maintain workplace safety by following company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

What's Needed?

- Basic fabrication skills, including accurate measuring, cutting, and assembling of aluminum, glass, or related materials.
- Ability to read measurements in inches and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and production specifications (technical drawing knowledge is an asset).
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely, such as saws, drills, grinders, and measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills to inspect finished windows and panels for defects or inconsistencies.




- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift, move, and position materials and products as required in a manufacturing setting.
