Journeyperson Carpenters

To work at our K+S Potash Mine Project in Regina, Saskatchewan.

- SALARY: $48.01
- BENEFITS: 4% Pension & 4% RRSP + CLAC Perks
- OVERTIME: After 8 hours a day
- START DATE: Early November
- HOURS PER DAY: 10
- PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly Pay (Friday)
- SHIFT: 14&7
- DURATION: 1 + Years

Requirements:

- Grout and Flat Work
- CSTS 2020 Certification
- WHMIS2015
- ESC Elevated Work Platform
- ESC Fall Protection
- Registered Journeyperson Carpenter
- Must have demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
- Industrial experience is an asset, working primarily outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:

- Comprehends blueprint readings to prepare layouts including selecting materials,



planning sequences and methods of work, measuring and marking materials to avoid costly mistakes or omissions
- Understand industrial concrete forming and engineered forming systems to accurately build concrete forms, bridges, trestles, tunnels, shelters, towers, and other structures
- Checks completed units to be sure they are level, square, plumb and the right size, shape and location.
- May perform other duties as assigned

Pay: $48.01 per hour
