Job Summary

- We are seeking a skilled Service Plumber / Licensed Plumber to install, inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable diagnosing problems, explaining repair options to customers, and completing work to applicable codes and quality standards.
- Applicants should have relevant plumbing experience and any licenses or certifications required for the work performed in the service area.

Duties

- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs, maintenance, and installations involving pipes, fixtures, drains, water heaters, and related systems.
- Inspect plumbing systems, identify leaks or other defects, and recommend appropriate repairs or upgrades.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical plans to determine layouts and installation requirements.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, fit, join, and secure plumbing materials and components.
- Complete equipment assembly and installation tasks, and coordinate work with other trades when needed.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on plumbing and related HVAC systems, within the scope of training and qualifications.
- Take measurements, perform basic math calculations,



and verify materials and dimensions before beginning work.
- Maintain an orderly work area, follow safety procedures, and document completed work and any follow-up needs.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members about findings, work performed, and system care.

Skills

- Strong plumbing knowledge and practical service or installation experience; applicable plumber licensing is required where mandated.
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot systems methodically.
- Familiarity with construction experience, job-site practices, and coordination with other trades.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics and apply basic math to measurements and material calculations.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, with a consistent focus on protected operation.
- Helpful additional experience in HVAC, carpentry, assembly, and welding.
- Ability to perform physical work, including heavy lifting, standing, bending, and working in confined or awkward spaces, while following safe-lifting practices.
- Professional communication, attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: $34.89-$58.57 per hour
