Hiring experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operators and Multi-Head Embroidery Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in North York.

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience operating industrial sewing or embroidery equipment in apparel, textile, or related manufacturing environments.

Available Positions

1. Multi-Head Embroidery Machine Operator (Tajima)

- Set up and operate Tajima 6-head and 8-head embroidery machines.
- Perform thread changes, hooping, colour adjustments, and machine setup.
- Monitor production and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Inspect finished products to ensure stitching accuracy and quality.
- Maintain production efficiency and meet quality standards.

2. Industrial Sewing Machine Operator (Juki Zig-Zag)

- Operate industrial sewing machines, particularly Juki zig-zag machines.
- Perform stitching, garment customization, and attachment of letters, numbers, or patches.
- Adjust machine settings, thread tension,



and stitching patterns as required.
- Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy.
- Follow production instructions and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience operating industrial sewing or embroidery machines.
- Experience with Tajima embroidery machines or Juki zig-zag sewing machines is strongly preferred.
- Experience in apparel manufacturing, textile production, upholstery, or furniture manufacturing is an asset.
- Ability to perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Solid attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a manufacturing workplace.

Pay: $22.00-$24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
