About Quayle’s Brewery Quayle’s Brewery is a small but growing craft brewery in the hills of Oro-Medonte featuring an outdoor patio, taproom and event space. Quayle’s Brewery is a destination for visitors to the area as well as a gathering place for the local community.

We are seeking a highly skilled, friendly, and hardworking Assistant Chef to join our team on a full time basis (year-round) and be part of our kitchen team, set a tone of excellence and professionalism, ensure a consistent delivery of high standard products and be energized to be part of our growth & success. As a small and growing company, we require hard working and dependable team members to learn and grow with our organization.

Responsibilities

As a Senior member of our kitchen team, your day-to-day duties will include:

- Ensure quality and consistency of our food & exceptional service to all our guests
- Performing opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory process from beginning to end
- Maximize productivity
- Manage & track food costs and minimize waste
- Lead food service operations and management of quality control.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Oversee prep is comprehensively complete
- Create,



develop & implement new innovative and cost-effective menu items with our Head chef
- Following safe and hygienic food handling practices at all times
- Assisting with general duties and special projects as required

Qualifications

- A passion for excellent food and craft beer
- A minimum of two years kitchen experience required
- Availability for a rotating schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
