ENTRY LEVEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

About the Role

Elite Impact Marketing is expanding its Toronto team and hiring enthusiastic individuals for a full-time, entry-level Sales Representative position. In this role, you'll represent well-known charitable organizations through face-to-face fundraising campaigns, engage with the public, and help connect people with causes that make a difference.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and career development to help you build valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Represent charitable organizations through face-to-face fundraising and donor acquisition campaigns.
- Engage with members of the public and communicate the missions and initiatives of charities, including CNIB, SickKids Hospital, Diabetes Canada, SPCA, Heart & Stroke, UNICEF, and others.
- Build positive relationships with potential donors and encourage support for meaningful causes.
- Develop strong communication, sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Work toward individual and team fundraising goals.
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
- Maintain a professional and positive representation of our charity partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with people face-to-face.
- Self-motivated,



goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- Access to a vehicle is an asset.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, fundraising, or marketing is an asset but not required.

- Weekly earnings of $1,000–$2,000, depending on the compensation structure and performance.
