Wright Automotive is looking for a unicorn! We are a busy, independent three bay shop on Edmonton’s south side, with excellent reviews and a loyal clientele that comes from Edmonton’s arts and entertainment community and beyond. We have been in business for 11 years with no signs of slowing down. We value integrity and honesty, and quality workmanship above all, proven by repeat customers and word of mouth advertising only. We are looking for a dedicated journeyman or apprentice technician who is familiar with a broad scope of vehicles, but primarily Asian and North American cars, SUV’s and light trucks. A successful candidate should have a positive understanding of electrical and diagnostic procedure and a willingness to learn more. Duties include repairs for driveability, engine and driveline diagnosis, brakes, suspension, exhaust, tires, charging systems, tuneups, etc, but our focus is maintenance, so checking service intervals keeps us busy!
We are looking for a technician for a long term position. A qualified applicant should be honest, punctual, and neat, and hopefully someone who appreciates music, strong coffee and has a good sense of humor. Male/female/non-gendered persons are welcome to apply.
Pay is on par with industry standard and includes yearly tool allowance and two weeks paid vacation to start, and a flexible schedule with allotments for time off during non-peak seasons. Uniforms are supplied.
