Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience

Position Overview:

Cool Creek Energy Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager for our Armstrong, BC location. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing fuel delivery operations, managing our terminal, and ensuring the smooth operation of four cardlock sites: Armstrong, Lumby, Oliver, and Osoyoos. You'll play a key role in both daily operations and the long-term growth of our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Direct daily operations for fuel delivery and terminal activities

· Oversee and support four cardlock sites (Armstrong, Lumby, Oliver, Osoyoos)

· Lead, mentor, and schedule local staff to ensure top-notch service and efficiency

· Perform local sales calls to grow our customer base and strengthen community relationships

· Manage inventory, safety compliance, and routine reporting

· Monitor equipment, address maintenance needs, and resolve operational issues

Qualifications:

· Strong business knowledge and proven leadership skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Experience in fuel delivery,



petroleum, or related logistics is an asset

· Ability to perform local sales calls and build relationships in the Armstrong and Okanagan Region

· Computer savvy; comfortable using MS Office and company systems

· Safety and Maintenance Knowledge: Familiarity with safety protocols and maintenance procedures to ensure compliance and minimize downtime

· Class 3 driver’s licence is an asset (but not required)

· Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot minor issues

· Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
