This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities. We are looking for someone who enjoys physical work, takes initiative and can work independently or alongside our plumbing team.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of our shop, workshop, office storage areas and yard
- Organize tools, equipment, materials and shop supplies
- Clean and maintain company vehicles, including basic vehicle upkeep
- Maintain exterior storage areas, equipment and materials
- Assist with receiving, organizing and delivering materials to job sites
- Assist plumbers with general labour, including digging, trenching, moving materials and site cleanup
- Help load and unload vehicles, tools and equipment
- Assist with general property maintenance and other tasks around the shop
- Provide an extra set of hands on projects requiring additional labour

Job Requirements

- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a good driving record
- Experience operating larger vehicles with dual rear wheels is a significant asset
- Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively
- Physically capable of performing manual labour and working outdoors
- Organized with solid attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and equipment




- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Willingness to take initiative and complete tasks without constant supervision
- Comfortable working alongside plumbers and other team members
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an asset
- Previous labour, construction, landscaping or maintenance experience is an asset
