The Entry-Level Account Manager will also represent us in person, model the standard in customer conversations, and support a sales team of associates as they grow toward full campaign leadership. As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you become the person who holds the line on sales standards. Not the loudest voice in the room, the most consistent one. The products our next Entry-Level Account Manager represents are simple, and the sales conversations around them are learnable. What is not learnable overnight is accountability. That is what you are there to teach.

Role Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Account Manager

- Take an active role in sales while helping coordinate team efforts to promote internet, television, and traditional home phone services in person.
- Organize daily sales priorities in person around customer acquisition and opportunities to expand the campaign's customer base.
- Help team members refine their sales approach by encouraging attentive listening,



offering relevant recommendations, and clearly explaining the service's value.
- Recognize promising sales opportunities by reviewing customer interest and helping prioritize prospects who are ready for further discussion.
- Monitor sales progress and share practical observations that help improve customer conversations, conversion rates, and campaign consistency.
- Assist in resolving difficult customer questions by keeping communication professional, clarifying available choices, and supporting suitable next steps.
