Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.

This role involves safely moving, loading, unloading, and organizing inventory while supporting daily warehouse operations. Accuracy, efficiency, and workplace safety are essential.

Work Schedule: This is a day-shift position with variable working hours. Start and end times may fluctuate depending on daily warehouse operations, shipment volumes, and business needs. Candidates must be comfortable with flexible scheduling and working extended shifts when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other authorized material-handling equipment.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
- Transport pallets, products, and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with order picking, staging, and shipment preparation.
- Ensure accurate inventory placement, labeling, and storage.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Support general warehouse duties, including manual material handling.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean,



safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Previous hands-on forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Knowledge of safe forklift operation and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work variable hours and extended shifts depending on operational requirements.

Preferred:

- Experience operating clamp trucks, reach trucks, or specialized warehouse equipment.
- Previous experience in a 3PL, logistics, or distribution facility.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Experience handling furniture, appliances, or oversized products.
