Seeking a Welder required for a company in Ingersoll area.

Responsible for:

Responsible for fitting, joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable materials using manual and robotic welding techniques, in accordance with product specifications and production schedules.

Knowledge, Skills and Education Required

Ø Must be familiar with 0.35, 0.45 and 0.62 metal core welding operations.

Ø Work includes set-up, laying out work using jigs/fixtures or hand layouts to fabricate past and or rework finished product.

Ø Be able to operate machines and tools including hoist, hand power tools, slings, grinders, cutting torch and other hand tools related to job needs.

Ø Create and prepare Design Review requirements and participate in Design Review process.

Ø Completed High School and relevant Trade School program.





Ø Must be CWB certified (can be certified in house)

Ø Minimum 2+ years of experience in welding and fitting trade

Ø Strong experience with use of Jigs & fixtures

Ø Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tape and Vernier.

Ø Strong communications skills required in both oral and in written form.

Pay rate: $26-32/hour depending on experience level.

Shifts: Train on day shift 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. Work afternoonshift 5:00 pm – 3:00 am.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
