Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Facility Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within our CNC machining facility. This part-time morning role combines cleaning, janitorial duties, and basic shop support.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable in an industrial environment and takes pride in maintaining equipment and workspaces.

Key Responsibilities

- General facility cleaning and janitorial duties
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor maintenance
- Cleaning washrooms, lunchroom, and common areas
- Garbage and recycling removal
- Cleaning CNC machines and shop equipment (wipe-downs, chip removal, maintaining clean work areas — no programming or machining)
- Organizing material racks, shelves, and storage areas
- Restocking cleaning and shop supplies
- Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
- Reporting equipment, maintenance, or safety issues to supervisors





Qualifications & Skills

- Experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, shop helper, or industrial support roles preferred but not essential
- Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Physically able to perform cleaning and material handling tasks
