What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Damara team, you'll provide professional spa treatments while ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Services may include:

- Customized and medical-grade facials
- Advanced facial treatments, including OxyGeneo, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion
- Manicures and pedicures
- Waxing and hair removal
- Lash lifts and tinting
- Relaxation and hot stone massages
- Body treatments and wraps
- Japanese Head Spa treatments
- Skincare consultations and product recommendations

Experience in all services is not required. Additional training and opportunities to expand your service offerings may be available.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

Post-Probation Hourly Rate: $23.00–$30.00

Weekends Required





At Damara Day Spa, we recognize and reward team members who demonstrate exceptional technical skills, professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to outstanding guest service.

All current employees begin with a 90-day probationary period, during which their technical abilities, service quality, reliability, and overall performance are evaluated.

Following successful completion of probation, eligible employees may transition to an hourly rate between $23 and $30, depending on their skills, experience, service proficiency, and overall performance.

The starting probationary rate will be discussed during the hiring process.

Student placement arrangements are separate from regular employee compensation.
