Royal Bridge Consultancy Ltd. is seeking an experienced Immigration Case Worker based in India to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will have practical experience preparing and managing Canadian immigration applications and be comfortable working during Canadian business hours.

You will work with our Canadian immigration team to organize client files, prepare applications, review supporting documents, and follow up on cases.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and organize Canadian immigration applications and supporting documents under the direction of the authorized immigration professional.
- Assist with applications, including:
- Temporary Resident Visas (TRVs) and visitor visas
- Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs) and related work permits
- Study permits and extensions
- Spousal sponsorship applications
- Express Entry applications
- Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applications
- Other Canadian immigration applications, as assigned
- Review client documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Prepare application forms, document checklists, submissions, and supporting letters for review.
- Communicate with clients to request missing information and documents.
- Track application deadlines, case progress, and follow-up requirements.




- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Coordinate with the Canadian team and provide regular updates on assigned files.
- Stay informed about changes to Canadian immigration programs and document requirements.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of practical, hands-on experience preparing Canadian immigration applications.
- Experience handling multiple application types, particularly TRVs, LMIAs, study permits, spousal sponsorship, Express Entry, and PNPs.
- Strong understanding of immigration forms, supporting documents, and application processes.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online application systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Remote Work Requirements

- Must be based in India and available to work full-time during Canadian Eastern Time business hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, a suitable computer, and a quiet working environment.
- Ability to attend online meetings and communicate regularly with the Canadian team.
