Valley Innovative Contracting is looking for a dependable and skilled Snow Removal Loader Operator to join our winter operations team. You will be responsible for operating front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to remove snow from commercial and residential properties.

This is a seasonal, on-call position during snow events, often during nighttime or early morning hours.

Responsibilities

- Operate front-end loaders and other heavy machinery to remove snow from parking lots, roadways
- Load snow into dump trucks or snow storage areas
- Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed
- Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections
- Communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and crew members
- Follow all safety protocols and site-specific instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe working workplace

Qualifications

- Required: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 5+ year of experience operating front-end loaders (especially in winter conditions)




- Ability to work in extreme cold, snowy, and low-visibility conditions
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Versatile schedule and reliable availability for snow events
