Overview

The Family Physician provides thoughtful, coordinated care for patients across a range of health needs, including pediatrics and acute concerns. The role combines clinical assessment, treatment planning, and clear communication to support continuity of care.

Responsibilities

- Assess patients, document findings using accurate medical terminology, and develop appropriate care plans.
- Provide patient care, support medication administration, and address pain management needs.
- Coordinate care across hospital, medical office, and home care settings, collaborating with colleagues to support follow-up.
- Contribute to research and data collection, using clinical systems such as OSCAR

Experience

Required: Practical patient-care capabilities, clear clinical documentation, and sound communication support safe assessment, treatment, and coordination. Preferred: Hospital experience, acute care experience, pain management experience, pediatrics, medical office experience, home care, research, data collection, medication administration, medical terminology, and familiarity with OSCAR are valuable strengths for this role.

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
