Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial flat and low-slope roofing systems.
- Perform roof repairs, preventative maintenance, and leak investigations.
- Follow project specifications and company safety procedures.
- Safely operate and handle roofing tools, equipment, and materials.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving roofing supplies.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial roofing experience is preferred.
- Experience with flat and low-slope roofing systems is an asset.
- Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor manual labour.
- Robust work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
