The work includes user research, usability testing, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. You will connect client business needs with technical teams while supporting complex solution development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design hosting technology solutions based on client service specifications
- Develop business design documents and functional requirements
- Create application flows, process flows, and screen designs

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years designing Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM solutions
- Seven-plus years implementing Siebel and Adobe AEM solutions
- Experience creating functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience with Figma or Adobe XD prototyping software
- Robust analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
