The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Global Engagement to lead its strategic efforts in expanding international reach, strengthening global partnerships, and advancing inclusive excellence. This pivotal role involves driving the institution's global engagement strategy, enabling high-impact international partnerships, and supporting initiatives that enhance the company's global influence and reputation. The successful candidate will be a strategic relationship-builder, responsible for coordinating international engagement across various faculties and units, and for building relationships with governments,



diplomatic representatives, and leading international organizations. The role is central to positioning the company as a globally connected institution and requires a leader who can inspire trust and confidence, and who has a proven capacity for people leadership, budget management, and project execution. Applicants for the Executive Director position should be accomplished administrative leaders with significant experience in international relations, global partnerships, and external engagement, ideally within a higher education context. The role demands a deep understanding of the global postsecondary landscape, the ability to advise senior leaders, and a track record of success in navigating diverse cultural and political environments. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating global opportunities into institutional impact, shaping direction, and driving complex initiatives to deliver transformational outcomes. A compelling and persuasive communicator, the Executive Director will work closely with the President, Vice-Chancellor, and other senior leaders to ensure the company's global engagement efforts are aligned with its mission and values.
