Operate snowplow trucks and heavy equipment with Ledcor Highways Ltd. across Alberta. Help keep local provincial highways safe during winter operations.

This winter seasonal Operator work runs from October 1 to April 30, with potential for year-round employment. You will maintain Alberta highways using snowplows, wheel loaders, and other equipment. The work also includes labourer duties such as crack sealing, pothole repair, bridge cleaning, signage cleaning, and hazard remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and heavy equipment
- Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways during winter operations
- Assist with crack sealing and pothole repair
- Clean bridges and highway signage
- Work outside in all weather conditions

Requirements:
- Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 license with air endorsement
- Explicit three-year driver’s abstract
- Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Lift up to 50 pounds during physically demanding tasks
- Snowplow or wheel loader experience is an asset
