CA-Mart is a fast-growing cellphone and electronics retailer with multiple operating locations, new stores under development, and an active plan to expand through corporate sales, wholesale distribution, and franchising.

We are hiring an experienced Wireless Business Manager who can immediately take ownership of operations, sales, and growth. This role is for someone who already understands the wireless business and can execute from Day 1 without training.

Key Responsibilities

Store & Team Operations

- Manage day-to-day wireless retail operations across all current and upcoming CA-Mart locations
- Drive in-store sales, customer experience, and staff accountability
- Perform and oversee basic cellphone repairs (screens, batteries, charging ports)
- Recruit, train, and manage in-store staff
- Enforce standards, discipline, and performance

Inventory, Accounts & Control

- Own inventory across all locations (phones, accessories, parts)
- Handle stock tracking, transfers, re-ordering, and shrinkage control
- Manage store-level reporting (daily sales reconciliation, expenses, margins)

Wholesale Sales

- WhatsApp From Day 1
- Begin wholesale selling via WhatsApp on Day 1
- Contact mobile shops and resellers daily
- Send price lists, availability, and close orders
- Build repeat wholesale and dealer accounts

Corporate & B2B Sales

- Visit 4-5 local businesses per day to build corporate accounts
- Sell phones, plans, repairs, and bulk solutions
- Maintain long-term B2B relationships

Social Media, Reels & Online Sales

- Manage CA-Mart’s social media (Instagram, Facebook)
- Create short-form videos/reels for deals, repairs, and store content
- Generate leads via Facebook Marketplace and online platforms

Franchise Sales & Expansion

- Actively sell CA-Mart franchise opportunities
- Generate, qualify, and close franchise leads
- Present franchise model and coordinate onboarding

New Store Build Assignment

- Assigned responsibility to build a new CA-Mart store from scratch




- Setup, staffing, inventory, launch marketing, and stabilization
- Objective: make the store profitable and systemized

90-Day Success Plan & KPIs (Experienced Role)

Days 1-30 - Immediate Execution

- Full control of existing store operations
- Inventory accuracy 95%+ within 14 days
- Start WhatsApp wholesale selling Day 1
- Close at least 1 wholesale account
- Post 3-5 reels per week
- Generate daily online leads
- New store execution plan finalized

Days 31-60 - Growth

- Inventory variance reduced to ≤2%
- Close 2-3 active wholesale accounts
- At least 1 reel with 5k+ local views
- New store fully set up and launch-ready

Days 61-90 - Ownership

- New store live and generating revenue
- Existing stores operating with mínimal owner involvement
- Inventory shrinkage under 2%
- Close 1 franchise sale OR maintain 3 qualified franchise leads

Failure to meet KPIs may result in role review or termination.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- 2+ years proven experience in wireless retail or cellphone repair
- Strong knowledge of iPhone, Samsung, Chatr, Koodo, and similar brands
- Proven sales and operational leadership
- Comfortable selling wholesale via WhatsApp
- Comfortable creating short-form social media content
- Basic repair skills required
- Weekend and flexible schedule availability
- Highly disciplined and results-driven

Compensation & Growth

- Base Salary: $2,900 - $3,200 per month

- Monthly Commission: Store + wholesale + corporate performance

- New Store Bonus: $500 - $750 per company-owned store launched

- Franchise Sales Bonus:

- $2,500 per franchise sold ($100k investment)

- $3,000 per franchise sold ($200k investment)

- $5,000 per franchise sold ($300k investment)

- - Growth Path: Multi-store manager → franchise sales & operations lead
