Position Overview

This role involves managing inbound sales inquiries, providing personalized product support, and developing new sales opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with management to ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining professionalism and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or upgrades.
- Process and manage orders, quotes, and customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up consistently on all sales leads and inquiries.
- Maintain positive client relationships and handle communications with professionalism.
- Collaborate with management to meet and exceed team sales goals.
- Track deliveries and communicate order updates clearly to customers.
- Maintain organized client files, sales records, and follow-up schedules.
- Support company initiatives and uphold the Elite Trimworks standard of excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer service (manufacturing, construction, or building materials industry preferred).
- Highly organized and reliable — must demonstrate strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong computer skills and experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Compensation and Advancement

- Starting at $20.00/hour
- After probation: $21.00/hour
- After one year: $22.00/hour
- Additional commission and performance-based bonuses

Compensation growth is based on consistent performance, reliability, and initiative.

Work Schedule (Bi-Weekly Rotation)

Week 1 : Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.5:30 p.m. Week 2 : Monday 8:30 a.m.5:30 p.m. Tuesday 8:30 a.m.5:30 p.m. Wednesday OFF Thursday 9:00 a.m.7:00 p.m. Friday 8:30 a.m.5:30 p.m. Saturday 10:00 a.m.3:00 p.m.
