Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will be responsible for providing friendly customer interactions, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean and safe setting. This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in the food industry, including food preparation, cashiering, and sanitation, while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all products




- Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety protocols is advantageous
- Experience with cashiering or POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and kitchen safety standards is beneficial
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks accordingly
