Job Summary

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in upselling by recommending additional products or services to increase sales
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays and organized shelves
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Utilize effective communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing the sales floor
- Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

- Multilingual or bilingual skills (e.g., English and another language) are preferred to serve diverse customers effectively




- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or merchandising is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and POS operations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Flexibility to work during store hours, including weekends or evenings if required

Pay: $17.60 per hour
