Job Title: Hairstylist / Barber

Pay: %55 split on the chair you work on + any tips made.

Responsibilities :

- Provide haircuts, trims, and styling services for clients of all ages
- Perform beard trims, shaves, and grooming services (for barbers)
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations
- Stay up to date with current hair trends and techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle appointments, walk-ins, and payments professionally

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a hairstylist or barber
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity
