Duties

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Manage reservations through phone systems and online platforms, ensuring accuracy in bookings.
- Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy, striving for resolution.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and presentable manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.




- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures as required.

Skills

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality workplace is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with guests.
