Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Salon Apprentice to join our team and kickstart their career in the beauty industry. As a Salon Apprentice, you will assist experienced stylists and learn the ins and outs of salon operations while providing excellent customer service. Duties - Sanitate workstations and tools to maintain a clean and organized salon environment - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Assist with hair styling tasks under the guidance of senior stylists - Support retail sales by recommending products to clients and assisting with purchases - Learn upselling techniques to enhance the client experience - Gain exposure to front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and check-ins - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction Requirements - Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to learn from experienced professionals - Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus - Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients - Willingness to engage in retail sales and learn upselling strategies - Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and positive attitude and must have open availability.
