Duties

- Engage with customers through inside sales and outside sales approaches to identify their design needs and preferences
- Conduct product demos and showcase various design options using tools like SketchUp and CAD software
- Assist clients with renovation , construction , and merchandising ideas to enhance their spaces
- Manage account management activities, including follow-ups and maintaining customer records
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Implement effective up-selling strategies to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service , addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Support marketing efforts by participating in promotional events and developing strategies for high-end sales
- Maintain organized displays and ensure the store’s visual presentation aligns with merchandising standards
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively

Requirements :

- Proven experience in retail sales , high-end sales , or related fields such as interior design , renovation , or construction :

- Proficiency with design software such as SketchUp and CAD is preferred

- Strong understanding of inside sales , outside sales ,



and effective communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and account management

- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and measurements

- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures

- Knowledge of marketing strategies, product demos, and upselling techniques

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
