Overview As a Product Advisor at Solara Hot Tubs & Patio, you will guide Customers through their purchasing journey-educating them on features, benefits and lifestyle solutions that best fit their needs. This is a consultative sales role for individuals who can build trust, inspire confidence and help clients make informed decisions they will love for years to come.

Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products through personalized consultations and product demos
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and usage tips, enhancing customer understanding and satisfaction
- Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring attractive presentation of products
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and ensuring products are well-maintained and accessible




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and friendliness
- Prepare quotes, process sales and manage follow-ups

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural relationship builder with a consultative mindset
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly communicate features to diverse customers
- Sales Experience in a larger ticket product or service is definitely an asset
- Excellent phone etiquette coupled with strong communication skills for engaging customers remotely or in person
- Comfortable using POs Systems, CRM tools and basic technology
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
- Weekend availability required
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude that fosters positive shopping experiences

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
