Job Overview Ivey Ultra Lounge is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their front-of-house (FOH) team. Positions available include servers, bartenders, and barbacks. The lounge operates from Monday to Sunday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, offering a lively work setting for those passionate about nightlife and customer service

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Manage the bar inventory
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.




- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
