Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow proper procedures for storing, labeling, and disposing of food items.
- Support bartending activities as needed, ensuring compliance with hospitality standards.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in the food service industry of at least 2 years is required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in food preparation or handling is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
