Fast Track Indoor Karting is an Indoor Go-Kart / Family Entertainment facility located in the heart of Langley. With the Holiday Season right around the corner, we are currently seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated people to join our Crew.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to :

- Greet our customers and assist them in understanding our pricing and specials.
- Maintain the track, pits and race environment ensuring a fun and safe time.
- Efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
- Maintain our facility cleanliness as per our standards.
- Ensuring track safety and compliance to racing rules and regulations.
- Assisting on the Track with monitoring races & working directly with the public.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience and mitigating any issues.
- Maintain a professional and upbeat attitude to foster a great racing experience
- Currency and accurate handling of transactions is required for Reception position

Job Requirements :





- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Have reliable transportation
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Math and currency aptitude
- Work well with other members of our staff
- Professional and courteous to our customers.
- Positive, outgoing attitude
- Prior customer service and supervisory experience
- Valid First Aid Certification
- Meet the physical demands of the job i.e.: pull start and push a go kart; stand for extended periods of time

Shifts available - Mon-Sun 9:45am-12:15am. Weekend / Evening availability is required.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
