Blu Ristorante is an upscale Italian fine dining restaurant dedicated to delivering high-quality cuisine with a focus on fresh ingredients, traditional/ modern techniques, and creating exceptional guest experiences. Within the past year we have moved from Yorkville to the theatre district on King Street West. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team!

We are looking for a skilled Line Cook with experience in Italian cuisine to prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards.

- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and plating for all dishes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking and rotating stock to ensure freshness.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient service during high-volume periods.




- Follow the Executive Chef’s instructions

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining or Italian restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pasta preparation, sauces, wood fire pizza and traditional cooking methods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Culinary degree or relevant training is a plus but not required.

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
